The Challenge:Take the 1-Minute Breath Challenge
Set aside five minutes each day to focus on your breathing. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Pay attention to the rise and fall of your chest and the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body. Allow your mind to relax and let go of any stress or tension. Practice this deep breathing exercise daily to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
