Starting with a simple exerciseβlying face down and holding a plank positionβcan teach discipline and resilience.
Plank Exercise Guide:
Start by lying face down, placing your forearms and toes on the floor.
Ensure your elbows are directly under your shoulders.
Engage your core and tighten your glutes to form a straight line from head to heels.
Begin with a 20-second hold and gradually increase each day.
This exercise builds core strength and supports spinal health, improving posture and reducing back pain.
As you progress through this challenge, remember to breathe normally and maintain a level bodyβavoid letting your hips sag or rise. By the end of the week, youβll notice improved stability and a stronger, healthier back. Get ready to feel the benefits!
